Paid Assessment Letter & 1-35(d) Disclosure Requests

Georgetown West Improvement Association (GWIA) is a homeowners association governed by the Illinois Common Interest Community Association Act (CICA).

To request a paid assessment letter and 1-35(d) disclosure for a refinance or sale, please submit the completed form below at least 15 business days prior to closing.

A $200 transfer fee, payable to Georgetown West Improvement Association, is required. This fee must be issued at closing along with a copy of the RESPA/HUD-1 settlement statement and submitted within 5 days after closing to:
