Georgetown West Improvement Association (GWIA) is a townhome community established in 1968. Our neighborhood offers each unit its own backyard, convenient parking, and shared amenities including a clubhouse and swimming pool for residents to enjoy.
Over the years, GWIA has made significant investments in our community, including upgraded landscaping, new fencing, roof replacements, and a total exterior renovation of all units. We continue to focus on ongoing improvements that maintain the quality, safety, and lasting appeal of every townhome.
